Overwhelmed at Home?
360 Focus Mental Health can help.
Families play an important role in the mental health of both parents and children. When we, or our loved ones, experience mental illness it is easy to feel stressed, overwhelmed, and uncertain.
Empower Your Family with 360 Focus Mental Health
Parents wonder how to help their children and where to find support. 360 Focus Mental Health surrounds families with tools to support parents and their children in positive mental health. Learn about what mental health is from an evidenced-based neurological foundation so that you can have informed discussions as a family, support each other with mental illness, and strengthen relationships in your family.
Nearly 50% of all mental illnesses begin in childhood before the age of 14
360 Focus Mental Health can help children become empowered with neurological based information, coping skills and tool sets to actively engage and improve their mental health. Children will be on a stabilization journey with their parents and able to speak the same language and have meaningful conversations.
20% of Adults Experience Mental Illness
360 Focus Mental Health provides evidenced-based libraries for adults to learn from so that they can stabilize their own mental health. The library also provides courses on relationships, communication, parenting and much more to help with every aspect and role that an adult has in their family unit. Empowered parents can then lead by example and feel confident discussing hard things with their children.
79% of children struggling with mental health live with a parent who has mental illness
360 Focus Mental Health provides adults with instant access to vetted telehealth services that are in network with your insurance. Often families struggle due to a lack of services or the difficult process to access those services. 360 Focus Mental Health provides scaffolding for both the children and adults to provide a wrap around mental wellness stabilization program for the whole family.
Unhappy at Home?

Frequently Asked Questions.
Yes, 360 Focus Mental Health has organized their learning libraries to be developmentally appropriate. There are five libraries. One for adults and then for the children they are based on grades: PreK-3, 4-6, 7-9 and 10-12. Each family member will have their own login and password.
Adults will have access to the adult library and their children’s’ library, but the children will only have access to their age appropriate library.
360 Focus Mental Health has built a program that starts out young children at a very foundational level and then crescendos to deeper topics. While young children are learning how to identify their emotions, youth may be learning about how their brain reacts to failure while adults are learning how to cope with change. Each family member will have content that is meaningful to them.
360 Focus Mental Health intentionally built-in common focus areas to help families move forward together. For example, have you ever though about how your communication style impacted your family dynamics?
What if you could all learn how to communicate in a way that worked and felt good to everyone? 360 Focus Mental Health has many lessons that will empower a family to work together to build a stronger unit.
